You can safely order online using our secure server and shopping cart by clicking the "Order" or "Custom" button next to the
item shown. SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology is used to provide the highest security for your order transactions and to
insure safe transmission of your private information. Credit card numbers, name, physical address/phone number and email
addresses are never stored in an online database. The information you provide when placing your order is retained only for
order completion and shipping, it is held securely and privately off-line and is never shared, leased or sold to a third party.

To Place An Order by mail:
Print or copy the inventory number, description and price and mail by regular mail. We will contact you for credit card or other payment options.
Be sure to include your phone number so we can call you back if there is any question concerning your order.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. Checks drawn on U.S. Banks (allow 10 days for check to clear)
2. Money orders or certified check
3. Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)
4. COD (cash or money order only, + $10).
We do not accept credit card orders from outside the United States.
PRICING:
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. (Add $10 for COD orders.) Additional charges may apply for one-of-a-kind items.
GUARANTEE:
All jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry fail,
and examination reveals it was due to negligence on our part we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
RETURN POLICY:
Any non custom item may be returned for REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 7 days of date received as long as
the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and
stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. Call before returning the item to receive return instructions, otherwise the
package cannot be accepted. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable on returns (unless
the item was damaged in shipment or due to our negligence).
Any standard item that is customized (adding stones, etc.) is not returnable for refund (unless it was damaged
in shipping), but may be returned for full credit or exchange.
DELIVERY:
All items that are in stock will be shipped within one (1) to five (5) days of payment confirmation. If an item is no longer in
stock, due to a previous sale, the customer will be notified within one business day by email. Options for ordering a similar
item will be included in this email notice and an alternative time frame will be suggested. Custom/commission orders are
usually delivered between one to four weeks of order. A firm estimate of delivery will be made at time of order. All jewelry
will be shipped FedEx Air or FedEx Ground depending on time demands. We have found this to be the safest and most
secure form to ship jewelry and gemstones.
If purchase is made with a credit card, shipment will be made only to the billing address on the card, we do not ship to
P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs. Should you require shipment to an alternative address for a gift or other reason, please call
or email for alternative solutions
SHIPPING /INSURANCE
Package Weight
Up to 1/2 lb. $14.00 + applicable insurance fee.
Over 1/2 lb., up to 2 lb. $17.50 + applicable insurance fee.
Orders above 2 lbs. will be individually calculated. An email will be sent requesting approval of total shipping/insurance
fees before charging your credit card.
These fees are based on the total amount of your order.
If purchase is made with a credit card, shipment will be made only to the billing address on the card. Should you require
shipment to an alternative address for a gift or other reason, please call or email for alternative solutions.
If you are ordering from a country other than the United States, we will calculate the shipping and insurance based on
applicable costs to ship to your country and a confirming email will be sent for your approval prior to shipment. Any applicable
import fees are the customer's sole responsibility.
We guarantee the craftsmanship and materials of our work and that all characterizations and descriptions are accurate.
If you decide you do not want the jewelry after purchase, you may return it within one week (7 days from date received).
Only items in their original and unused condition may be returned. The price, minus shipping charges and credit card fees
(if any), will be refunded.
