If you'd prefer we are happy to work with you to customize your own piece to suite your needs and desires and budget.
For your convenience, we accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards, and bank debit cards. (A debit card may display a credit card logo, but using it draws funds directly from your bank account, and your bank may set a daily charge limit on your debit card. We will notify you if the price of your order exceeds your daily limit, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.)
We ship orders UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We fully insure each order all the way to you, so when your order is in transit, shipment is always risk-free.
If you prefer that we ship your order to other than your billing address, we require that your shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This security precaution helps prevent fraudulent charges to your credit card.
We may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional charge. Just ask our jewelry consultant before you submit your order. FedEx Saturday service, available in most US cities, is subject to availability.
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors, which we make every effort to avoid. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices.
Our prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Currently, sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to California addresses.
We offer a very flexible return policy to help ensure that you make the right choice. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and
it is still in new condition, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 7 days (less shipping charges).
